The UAE and MENA bring capital, customers and government relationships, and a market in which to deploy that technology and expand across the region. ITQAN works where those flows meet.
United States
The fund's six focus areas, from AI and machine learning to deep tech, draw on American innovation: the companies turning research into products, and the universities, programs and institutions around them. For a company with a proven product at home, the UAE and MENA can be its next customer, its next deployment and a base for regional expansion.
UAE and MENA
In the UAE and MENA, the corridor offers what a growing technology company looks for beyond its home market: capital, customers, government relationships, a place to deploy, and a route to expansion across the region. ITQAN connects that side of the corridor with companies it has diligenced on the engineering as well as the commercial case.
Dubai serves the UAE and MENA. Scottsdale serves the United States. Neither the UAE nor Arizona observes daylight saving time, so the two offices are eleven hours apart all year, with a fixed overlap at each end of the working day.
